The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) are in effect from 25th May 2018. The GDPR applies to the processing of personal data.
Our Privacy Notice and Data Protection Policy are available to view or download on our Publications page. These two documents supersede all previous relevant documents and policies published by the Commissions.
We are in the process of amending relevant documentation and appeal forms. In the meantime, please take note of the content of the Data Protection and Freedom of Information Policy and Privacy Notice before submitting information to the Commissions.
