Five applications which were referred to the Commission have now been withdrawn by the referring authority, the Department for Infrastructure.

The Department for Infrastructure have withdrawn their requests that the Commission undertake either a public local inquiry or hearing in respect of five referred cases.  The details of each can be viewed here.
