The Commissioner’s report in relation to a determination that a planning application by Mr Neil McBeth regarding lands to the rear of 131 Cumber Road, Claudy must be accompanied by an Environmental Statement has been forwarded to Derry City and Strabane District Council. Release of the report is a matter for the Council.
