Preparation for the new IT system – online appeal submission and search services unavailable
In preparation for go live of the Commission’s new IT system, the facility to make an appeal online is now unavailable. Due to technical difficulties in the data migration process the availability of all online services will be confirmed on this website once all technical issues are addressed.
Appeals can still be submitted via email to email@example.com during this period or by hard copy via post. Please note that appeals must be submitted within the statutory timeframe for the type of appeal as the Commission has no power to extend these timeframes. Appeal fees can be paid by cheque through the post or at reception at our offices, or by cash at reception.
The online appeal search function is also temporarily unavailable until the new IT system goes live. Enquiries about past decisions can be made by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org but please note that response times may vary depending on resource and level of demand.
Details of arranged hearing dates, and new appeals received in the absence of online services, will be published on our website.
Further updates on go live, and on how to make an appeal online using the new system, will be published soon.
