Work continues on the Commission's new case management system

Work is progressing well on the project to put in place a new IT system. This will enable the effective management of cases and communications via electronic means, including the submission and exchange of evidence electronically via the new system. An upgraded Customer Portal will also be implemented which will provide an enhanced online appeal submission service as well as case updates and an extended search functionality.

We expect to go live with the new system later this summer and further information and updates will be provided on a regular basis.
