The Commission will be holding in-person stakeholder engagement sessions later this year. The purpose is to seek constructive feedback from various stakeholders in the planning profession and people who regularly engage with PACWAC to see how they view the service. Topics to be covered include the remote and hybrid hearing processes, performance measures and complaints process.
