As a number of parties have decided to no longer participate in the Hearing sessions, the Commission has updated the Hearing Programme [ED003] and Questions for week 1 & 2 [ED004]. These documents can be found on our website here.
Two corrections have also been made to the Guidance Notes for Participants document [ED002] namely the date on paragraph 5.5 should read Friday 27th May 2022 and on paragraph 5.6 the public hearing sessions are only anticipated to run until 16.00.
