The Commission has been advised of three statutory bodies who made representations to Donegal County Council, in relation to the transboundary consultation. These bodies have now been invited to submit a Statement of Evidence by 12th February 2026. In order that no party to the process is prejudiced, the exchange of all Statements of Evidence will not be carried out until after this date.
