Appeal against determination under Regulation 34 of the Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2017, that an EIA is required in relation to an alleged breaches of planning control at Heron and Carrigullion Loughs ASSI.
The Commission will conduct a hearing at 10:30am on Friday 10th April 2025.
