Hearing concerning a determination that an application for unauthorised use of lands at Kintala Spa and Resort comprising of: 17 no. units of accommodation; 7 no. ancillary units (2no. sauna, managers office, BBQ pod, team room, meeting pod, spa); Sewerage treatment plant; paths in internal roadways (laid in gravel); car park providing 21no. spaces and alterations and subdivision of dwelling at 446 Drumrane Road, to provide 4 no. holiday apartments, on lands at/beside 446 Drumrane Road, Dungiven, must be accompanied by an environmental statement.
The Commissioner has submitted the report into the above application to Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council, release of the report is a matter for the Council.
