The Commissioner’s report in relation to a determination that a planning application by Mr Ian Gillespie for an extension to an existing quarry at Leitrim Hill Quarry, Leitrim Hill, Aghnadoo Road, Killeter, Castlederg must be accompanied by an Environmental Statement has been forwarded to Derry City & Strabane District Council. Release of the report is a matter for the Council.
