About our publications
Each year the Chief Commissioner presents an Annual Report to the Commission which is normally published in September. This Report sets out the background to the Commission, casework statistics and information on performance measures/targets.
The Commission also produces a three year Corporate Plan and an annual Business Plan which analyses and projects resources and workload patterns.
The Commission also publishes a series of guides to taking part in appeals and public inquiries/hearings which are revised from time to time.
