PLANNING APPEALS COMMISSION FUNCTIONS (as at 1st January 2013)
The Commission currently has 80 functions under various pieces of legislation. Unless otherwise stated, the references in brackets are to the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 as amended.
Planning Legislation
