It was anticipated that the Planning and Water Appeal Commissions’ new online portal and case management system would go live on Monday 8th August 2022. Due to technical difficulties in the data migration process this will not transpire. All online services will be confirmed on this website once all technical issues are addressed
Appeals can still be submitted via email to info@pacni.gov.uk during this period or by hard copy via post. Please note that appeals must be submitted within the statutory timeframe for the type of appeal as the Commission has no power to extend these timeframes. Appeal fees can be paid by cheque through the post or at reception at our offices, or by cash at reception.
