Planning and Water Appeals Commissions’ new IT system and Customer Portal - invitation for views

Work has begun on a project to put in place a new IT system to effectively manage cases and communications electronically as well as an upgraded Customer Portal with an enhanced online appeal application service, case update functionality and search facility.

In order to ensure that our new system and Customer Portal meet all users’ needs as far as possible, PACWAC would welcome input from agents, stakeholders, third parties and any member of the public who is interested in the work of the Commission.

We invite you to give us your views on how we can provide our services in the future and what features you think would be useful in our online application service and on our website. Please share your ideas in an email to info@pacni.gov.uk with ‘New system’ in the subject box by 3rd November 2021, and please also indicate whether you are content for us to contact you for further discussion.
