As of Monday 6th July our office will extend our working hours and phone lines will now be operational between the hours of 9am to 4.30pm.  Due to social distancing measures in place within the office we will be continuing to operate with reduced administrative capacity.  Please do not email administrative case officers directly at this time.  All email correspondence should be sent to our address, which is monitored daily.

We continue with our efforts to provide an alternative to hearings in person pending an easing of Government restrictions.  Our initial remote hearing has now taken place and we will be issuing a protocol in due course.  In the interim we will be requesting evidence from parties in cases where an informal hearing has been requested, and we will also be asking appellants who requested a hearing to complete a hearing options form to help inform how we progress the case.

All other cases will be processed as normal from an administrative perspective.  The Commissioner will carry out an unaccompanied site visit in all cases.
