The Commission has received Additional Environmental Information in respect of this appeal, included in a Statement of Case submitted on 28 March 2019 and Rebuttal Statement submitted 18 July 2019. Both statements may be inspected at the following location: Planning Appeals Commission, Park House, 87/91 Great Victoria Street, Belfast, BT2 7AG, available from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am until 5pm and the Limavady Library, 5 Connell Street, Limavady, BT49 0EA from the hours of 10.00am to 5.00pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, on a Wednesday from 2.00pm – 5.00pm and on Saturday from 10.00am – 4.00pm.
