Commission Report
The Commission delivered its report on Strategic Retail Issues on 21 January 2009.
The report on Strategic Plan Framework was delivered on 31 March 2011.
The Commission delivered its report to the Department on objections in Belfast, Lisburn and Castlereagh Districts on July 15th 2011.

Release of the Commission's report is a matter for the Department.
Objections to Proposed Green Belt and Countryside Policy Area Designations
Following the publication of Planning Policy Statement 21 - Sustainable Development in the Countryside, the Department has confirmed that it intends to withdraw the proposed Greenbelt/Countryside Policy Area designations in draft BMAP. Consequently, objections to these designations will not be considered by the Commission.
