Increase in the number of planning appealsThe Commission aims to deal with appeals as quickly as possible. However, due to the substantial increase in the number of appeals submitted, 2005 to 2008, the Commission is not meeting its target times to process and determine appeals. You will therefore experience delays in being notified of the arrangements for your appeal.
The Commission is currently considering cases which were received during the following periods:
Written Representations received up to and including the period August 2007 to March 2008.
Written Representations with Site Visits received up to and including May 2007.
Informal Hearings received up to and including May 2007.
Formal Hearings received up to and including April 2007.
